NUTTY CHOCO TART by Bhavika A. Bhuta

Chocolate + Nuts + Homemade Tart = A combination nobody can refuse! Impress your friends and family with this simple recipe for a decadent dessert!
Ingredients for the Tart
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups crushed biscuits - preferably the plain kind
 Method for the Tart
  • Mix both ingredients into a dough consistency
  • Flatten the mixture into a tart mould and refrigerate for 2 hours
Ingredients for the Nutty Filling
  • 1 cup Pureheart Choco Hazelnut Nutspread
  • 1/4 cup Pureheart Natural Cashew Nutpaste
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pureheart Natural Almonds & Natural Cashew Nutreats
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Toppings - raspberry white chocolate chips, colourful sprinkles or chopped Nutreats
Method:
  • Blend all ingredients to a filling paste consistency
  • Gently fill it into the tart
  • Garnish with your choice of toppings
  • Refrigerate for 15 mins
  • Gently unmould the tart
  • Cut it into the shape you prefer
Now serve it with vanilla ice cream or whichever flavour is your house favourite! This recipe guarantees the 'best cook over' title from the kids :)
